HOW TO ACCESS DRUGHUB
DrugHub utilizes a robust access control system designed to strengthen security and safeguard against phishing and DDoS attacks. Every user is assigned a distinct .onion link for secure access. To retrieve this link, users must visit the Link Directory Node (LDN) using one of these URLs:

After accessing the LDN page, users must complete a CAPTCHA challenge and click to generate a new mirror. This generated mirror will be signed, and it is essential to verify its authenticity using the platform’s PGP key.
Each mirror is customized to the individual user, ensuring that only they have access, offering an extra layer of protection against unauthorized access.
Vendors receive Permanent Mirrors that are exclusively available to them and their verified users, eliminating the need to request new links for each transaction, which simplifies the overall process.
CAPTCHA
When entering DrugHub, users will be prompted with a Captcha to confirm their identity. The challenge presents a transparent circle, enabling users to see the layer beneath it. The goal is to align the top circle with the bottom layer before the countdown reaches zero. Once completed, users can click the "continue" button to access the marketplace.
REGISTRATION
In order to register as a customer on DrugHub, you must provide a PGP key to gain access to the marketplace. Enter your PGP key in the designated field on the registration page and click the "continue" button. A PGP-encrypted message will then appear on the next page.
PGP VERIFICATION
Retrieve the PGP-encrypted message from the provided code box on the next page and paste it into your PGP client. After decryption, you'll see a message beginning with the prefix "DRUG_HUB_BUYER_REGISTRATION_yourcodehere." To complete the registration, select the "continue" button.
CHOOSE A USERNAME
The username will serve only as an identifier for vendors and won't be used for login purposes. Once you've selected your preferred username, press the "continue" button to finalize your registration.
LOGIN
To continue, please enter your PGP Public Key in the provided field and choose a session timeout duration. The timeout setting determines how long you remain logged in before being asked to reauthenticate. For example, selecting a 12-hour session timeout will keep you logged in for that period unless you manually log out. After entering the necessary information, click "Continue" to receive your PGP validation message on the next page. For more details on PGP Validation, please refer to the earlier instructions. The sign-in validation code will begin with "DRUG_HUB_BUYER_SIGNIN_yourcode."
ACCESSING THE MARKETPLACE
On the left side of the page, you'll find the Category Menu. When you choose a category, a dropdown will appear, offering additional subcategories and related options.
The main content area is laid out in two columns, with each product displayed as a tile. Each tile contains essential product details, such as an image, product title, category and subcategory, price, accepted payment methods (escrow or FE), shipping info (from and to), vendor name, vendor rating, and inventory status.
At the top of the page, there’s a main Navigation Menu with links to Invoices, Orders, Vendor Chats, Support, PGP, Notifications, Cart, XMR Wallet, and Profile Settings.
The search bar located above the tiles allows users to search with both Basic and Advanced options.
Next to the search bar is a sorting tool that lets users filter results by several criteria, such as sorting by newest, oldest, price (ascending or descending), vendor rating, and the number of views per listing.

Using the Simple Search from the top you can enter your search phrase and
press Simple Search to be shown the results.

The Advanced Search provides additional parameters which can be set
using the additional options displayed
PRODUCT LISTING
The product page provides an extensive overview of essential information that should be carefully reviewed. This includes the product name, refund policy, price in both FIAT and XMR (Monero), listing type (escrow or FE), number of views, inventory status, shipping details (origin and destination), vendor type (escrow or FE), sales history, dispute resolutions (resolved or unresolved), and the status of ongoing orders (active or disputed).
In addition to these details, the order section includes shipping options, available quantities, and bulk order settings. Users can also view product images and find buttons for contacting the vendor, reporting the listing, adding it to their favorites, or placing it in the cart.
Once users have selected their desired options, they can click the "Add to cart" button. This allows them to complete the purchase immediately or continue shopping by adding more products to their cart, making it easier to check out multiple items at once.
CHECKOUT PROCESS
After selecting the "Add to cart" option for a specific item and proceeding to checkout, you will be directed to a page similar to the one shown above. This page contains detailed information about your order, including the PGP key of the seller. It's essential to encrypt your order details using this PGP key and paste the encrypted message into the Order message box. If your cart contains products from different vendors, you'll need to repeat this process for each individual vendor’s key. Once done, you can move forward to the Payment page by clicking the "Continue" button.
Make sure to carefully read the instructions and select "I understand and agree" if you agree with the terms.
To complete your purchase, please send the exact amount of XMR specified in the red-highlighted area. The payment address will be verified using the Market key. You can also opt for the QR Code tab to display a scannable code for ease of payment.
Timely payment is crucial at this stage, as a countdown timer of 60 minutes will begin. If payment is not received within the allotted time, your order will be automatically canceled.
By appending "/market-keys" to the URL of a verified DrugHub mirror, users will be directed to a detailed PGP key page. This page provides the necessary PGP keys for secure communication within the marketplace. To interact with DrugHub staff, users must use the corresponding PGP key assigned to each staff member. This additional security measure is implemented by DrugHub to ensure all communications are encrypted through PGP encryption.
